on the menu to change the name of a document or folder.

You can also change a folder's category here. This may be particularly relevant when unzipping a folder hierarchy (when the folders will all be assigned the category 'unzipped') or multiple files were submitted by email.

Notice that though you can rename a document, you cannot change the name of the file(s) associated with each version of the document.
