You can bookmark a folder or document – that is, remember it for
future use – by choosing
when you are looking at the folder or document or the folder it is in.
Unlike selected items, your bookmarks are kept indefinitely.
How do I know what my bookmarks are?
- Bookmark items have a green bookmark button (a star) against their name
- Use on the menu, or
- on the menu to see all your bookmarks.
How do I make something no longer a bookmark?
- Click the green bookmark button , or
- choose on the menu

What can I do with bookmarked items?
On the whole, the same as you can do with other folders once you

- visit one of them. This is the main reason for having bookmarks: show your bookmarks as above and click the appropriate item.
- download them all in one go in a zip file: show them as above, then choose
- get aggregated history or summarize comments for all of them
- set the same deadline for all of them at once
