Ensembling: upload, store, mark-up, comment, review and publish
Ensembling is about collaborative working within an organisation
to assemble and review
the material that makes up a publication, whether as simple as a
letter or as complex as a book or magazine. With it you can:
- store, manage, review and retrieve the multiple versions of
files that will eventually be combined in a finished
publication
- collaboratively mark-up and collate comments on the content,
for example between departments or between organisation,
such as a publisher, and client, such as an author.
- watch and be notified about other people’s changes and
comments
- make finished files available to third-parties,
for example send a large file to a printer.
For a trial project:
- send an email to admin@ensembling.com
with your name, organisation, website and a brief outline of your use case.

Request access
You need permission from the project leader(s) for the document you were trying to access.
Complete the form below to request access. They will then send you an email invitation to join the project,
if you qualify.
Projects group documents together privately: only people assigned to a project can see the documents in it.
If you followed a link you were sent, perhaps:
- project leaders expect you to ask for permission here if you don't already have it,
- a link to a project or one of its folders or documents was circulated more widely than intended, or
- the sender forgot to add you to the project first (or has since withdrawn access).
